Sabrina Pascua is a writer and editor currently based in Southern California.

She recently graduated with a master's degree in journalism from UC Berkeley where she studied narrative writing, audio storytelling and investigative reporting.

Sabrina covered breaking news for the San Francisco Chronicle and reported on the newspaper's ongoing investigation into San Francisco's homelessness crisis.

Before that, Sabrina interned with The New York Times, editing important stories such as the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan and former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's resignation for print.

Born and raised in California by two Filipino immigrants, Sabrina is inspired to uplift stories from underreported communities like her parents.
